IRS Estate Tax, Fair Market Value (FMV)

Total Estate Solutions delivers unbiased and independent insurance appraisal reports to adequately cover you from potential loss. Providing Inventory and values for insurance coverage reflecting the entire cost of replacing an item/s if an unexpected loss does occur. A Scheduled list, usually called an endorsement for your homeowner's insurance policy, for extended coverage for items listed. Don’t rely on your insurance company; submit an itemized schedule to your insurance company for peace of mind and assurance in case an unexpected loss does occur.

Total Estate Solutions knows the intricacies of IRS appraisal submissions; specific requirements for the appraiser, report format, as well as filling out IRS form 8283. Prior to a report, Total Estate Solutions often communicates with the institution or charity to confirm the acceptance of a donation and the item's purpose within the organization as it relates to the IRS ‘related use’ rule. Appraisal Fees
Competitively billed at an hourly rate of $195.00 per appraiser of onsite time. $95 per hour of offsite time, typically for research, document preparation, photo editing, consultants, other related services. Travel charges may apply. All charges and expenditures must be agreed upon to start and /or during assignment.
